Insurance and Pricing

MilkWise and Wildflower/Cigna Clients:

I’ve partnered with MilkWise and Wildflower to help families access insurance-covered lactation services. These are third-party organizations who connect your insurance benefits with qualified lactation consultants.

Wildflower provides coverage for Cigna members. MilkWise is in-network with United PPO and Aetna PPO plans. MilkWise is out-of-network with Blue Shield of California.

If your insurance plan is in-network with MilkWise or Wildflower, there is a 1x out-of-pocket fee for the initial OT/Lactation evaluation only. All follow-up appointments are 100% covered, as long as lactation/feeding is addressed during the visit.

*To qualify for coverage through MilkWise or Wildflower, your child must be receiving breastmilk in any amount or you must have a goal to breastfeed.

Initial OT/Lactation Evaluation - Office (90 minutes): $150

This includes a comprehensive initial assessment, written report, and care plan. The out-of-pocket cost for the initial evaluation is $150. The remaining session fee will be billed to MilkWise or Wildflower.

OT/Lactation Follow-Up Appointments - Office (60 minutes) FREE for in-network plans (100% covered)

Detailed care plan provided after every appointment

Telehealth is ONLY covered for Wildflower clients at this time.

**Limited home visits are available within a 10 mile radius of the Laguna Hills office for an additional fee.

Self-Pay Rates:

*If you are out of network or do not qualify for MilkWise/Wildflower, I can provide a superbill upon request for potential reimbursement with your insurance provider. Call your insurance provider to confirm out-of-network benefits.

Initial OT or OT/Lactation Evaluation - Office (90 minutes): $350

You will be provided with a thorough evaluation report and care plan to share with your family and medical team

Follow Up Appointments - Office (60 minutes): $175

Detailed care plan provided after every appointment

**Home visits are available within a 10 mile radius of the Laguna Hills office for an additional fee

Home Visit Travel Fee:

0-10 mile radius from Laguna Hills office: $100

**I am not currently seeing clients for home visits outside of a 10 mile radius. However, I am happy to connect you with a provider in your area!

Areas serviced include: Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Hills, Lakeforest, Ladera Ranch, Aliso Viejo, Irvine, and Laguna Niguel.
